I charge a 50% no show fee or for cancellations giving less than 24 hrs in advanced. Without advanced notice, I cannot fill your appt spot with someone else who may of needed an appt. I do understand emergencies, there will be exceptions. But, no-show, no-calls will have to be charged a fee for my time and money lost.
